지난 12일 경북 울진에 위치한 경일대학교 평생교육원에서 ‘2023년 경북농민사관학교 개강식‘이 개최되었다.
경북농민사관학교는 농어업 전문인력 양성을 목표로 경쟁력 있는 농업 분야 발전을 위해 생산부터 유통, 판매까지 단계별 교육을 진행하고 있다.
이번에 개강한 ’청년스타트업 기초과정‘에서는 농산업 분야의 정부 지원제도와 경영·마케팅 분야 이론 교육, 전문가를 활용한 비즈니스 개발 멘토링, 친환경 농산업 상품 개발 및 브랜딩, 지역특화상품과 연계한 6차산업 고도화 등의 내용을 다룬다.
경일대 평생교육체제지원사업단장을 맡고 있는 엄태영 책임교수는 “이번 과정을 통해 부가 수익 창출로 농가소득이 증대됨과 동시에 농어업의 새로운 판로를 개척해 나갈 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.”라며 기대를 전했다.
