올해 3회째를 맞이하는 2023 디카페쇼는 ‘NOW, BISTRO’라는 주제로 엑스코 서관 2홀에서 개최된다.

디카페쇼는 커피장비·원두·카페창업·인테리어 등 카페산업 분야의 105개 기업이 참여하며, 카페창업을 위한 무료 오픈세미나와 카페거리 홍보관, 청년카페 영스트리트와 다양한 이벤트도 마련된다.

특히 이번 행사에서는 카페 창업에 대한 고민거리 해결을 위해 실제 카페운영자들이 직접 강연하는 오픈세미나를 개최하여 유형별 카페창업 올바른 시작, 청년카페 시행착오, 카페오픈의 비밀 등 실속 있는 정보를 공유할 계획이다. 

누구나 무료로 들을 수 있는 오픈세미나는 전시장 내에서 매일 개최되며, 기존카페 운영자들에게는 리뉴얼의 기회를, 예비창업자에게는 카페창업의 정보습득의 기회를 제공한다.

또한 이번 전시에서는 ‘대구시 카페거리 홍보관’을 조성해 대구의 카페거리와 골목상권을 홍보하고 젊은 청년카페 영스트리트를 동시 운영하여 ‘바리스타 프리시음존’, ‘당근카페’ 등을 선보인다.

디카페쇼 메인 스팟인 카페거리와 ‘니컷네컷 사진 찍기’ 등 다양한 포토존도 마련되어 친구·연인·가족과 함께 추억을 남길 수 있다.

2023 디카페쇼 주최 측인 더페어스 관계자는 “카페의 도시 대구에서 카페라는 공간의 무한한 다양성을 전시회와 세미나를 통해 보여드릴 것”이라며, “특히, 카페창업을 준비하는 분들과 대구 카페거리를 사랑하는 대중들에게 대구의 카페산업을 알리고, 골목상권 활성화의 계기가 되길 바란다.”고 밝혔다.
