【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 우리나라 과수산업의 대표 축제인 ‘2022 대한민국 과일산업대전'이 2일부터 4일까지 3일간 대구 엑스코에서 열린다.

2일, 한국과수농협연합회의에 따르면 이번 과일대전은 ‘농심(農心) 품은 우리과일, 우리가족 건강지킴이’를 주제로 연말연시를 맞아 즐겁고 행복한 순간을 국민과 함께 나누고자 하는 우리과수 농업인과 참여업체의 메시지를 담아낸다.

올해 과일대전에는 대표과일선발대회, 사랑의 과일 전달식, 팔도과일 특판전, 과일장터 등의 알찬 프로그램도 계획됐다. 

국민의 영양과 식습관 개선을 위해 진행하는 사랑의 과일 전달식에는 대구 ‘경동초등학교’에 전달돼 시식 또는 체험수업에 활용될 예정이다.

특히 이번 전시회에서 눈길을 끄는 ‘대표과일관’과 ‘신품종관’ 및 ‘과일 기능성관’에서는 국산 과일의 우수성과 대한민국 과수산업의 자부심을 만날 수 있다.

개막식 이후에는 초청가수 공연, 참여업체 노래자랑, 지역팀 공연, 요리경연대회, 쿠킹쇼 등이 즐거움을 더할 계획이다.

올해에는 특별히 대구에서 개최되기 때문에 대구·경북 지역의 버스킹 팀의 공연을 선보일 예정이어서 새로운 관심을 끌고 있다. 

또 ‘우리과일 요리경연대회’에서는 맛있고 영양 많은 우리 과일을 주재료로 크리스마스에 어울리는 홈파티 요리 경연을 만나볼 수 있다. 

이종임 요리연구가가 진행하는 ‘쿠킹쇼’에서는 집에서 아이들과 즐겁게 만들 수 있는 과일요리 레시피도 배울 수 있다. 연말연시에 개최되는 행사답게 ‘기부트리’에 따뜻한 마음을 모아 지역의 아동복지기관에 과일도 기부할 예정이다.

2022 대한민국 과일산업대전’은 남녀노소 누구나 즐길 수 있으며 무료로 입장할 수 있다.

한국과수농협연합회의 박철선 회장은 “다시 설레는 마음으로 우리 과일을 함께 맛보고 즐길 수 있어서 기쁘다”며 “우리 과일과 소통하는 과일축제를 통해 행복하고 건강한 연말연시를 보내시기 바란다”고 말했다.

In the ‘Cooking Show’ hosted by culinary researcher Lee Jong-im, you can learn fruit recipes that you can enjoy making at home with your children. As an event held during the year-end and New Year holidays, we plan to donate fruits to local child welfare organizations by gathering warm hearts for ‘Gibutree’.

The 2022 Korea Fruit Industry Exhibition’ can be enjoyed by all ages and is free of charge.
