【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=경산시는 사전 모집을 통해 선정된 교육생 30명을 대상으로 ‘농산물 가공창업 교육(이론과정)’을 개강했다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 지난 8일부터 5월 12일까지 총 10회에 걸쳐 농산물 가공창업 인허가 절차, 식품 표시기준, 농식품 개발 및 상품화 프로세스, 현장 견학 등 가공 창업에 필요한 내용으로 진행될 예정이다.
농산물 가공창업 교육(이론과정)을 수료한 교육생만 실습 과정 교육을 추가로 추진할 계획이며, 농산물가공지원센터에서 가공제품 생산을 원하는 농업인은 이론과 실습과정 교육을 모두 수료해야 자격이 주어진다.
김명주 농촌진흥과장은 "이번 교육은 가공창업 희망 농업인들의 가공창업 기반을 다지고 가공 실무능력 배양을 위해 마련됐다”며 "향후 농산물 가공상품화로 농산물 부가가치를 창출하고, 새로운 농외소득 창출의 계기가 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
