지난 23일 이 예비후보는 시장에서 만난 상인들의 손을 잡고 “여러분들에게 눈과 귀가 열려있다”며 이야기를 나눴다.

그는 “소상공인, 시장상인들이 살아야 지역경제도 살아난다”며 “상인들의 삶을 개선하기 위한 정책도 준비 중이다”라고 전했다. 

이 예비후보는 “앞으로 시민들을 만날 수 있는 기회를 늘려갈 것”이라며 “중구 구민인 제가 여러분들과 소통하고 여러분들의 밝은 중구, 남구를 만들고 싶다”라고 덧붙여 말했다.
