지난 30일 오후 열린 회의에는 김기웅 후보와 윤재옥 원내대표, 이인선 국회의원, 이만규 대구시의회 의장, 김화자 중구 선거연락소장 등이 참석했다.

이날 회의에서 윤재옥 원내대표는 김기웅 후보 선대위 관계자들을 격려하고 선거일을 20여일 앞두고 국민의힘 공천을 받은 김 후보가 중‧남구에서 승리할 수 있는 전략이 무엇일지에 대한 논의를 나누었다.

김기웅 후보는 “당에서 적극적으로 지원해주시는 만큼 꼭 압승으로 보답하여, 윤석열 정부의 성공과 중구남구 지역 발전에 매진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
