이번 농어민수당 신청은 2월 1일부터 3월 13일까지 진행되며, 온라인과 오프라인 방식으로 병행 접수한다. 온라인 신청은 2월 1일부터 2월 22일까지 경상북도 공공서비스 플랫폼 ‘모이소(Moiso)’ 앱을 통해 가능하며, 방문 신청은 2월 23일부터 3월 13일까지 주소지 읍·면 행정복지센터에서 접수할 수 있다.

신청 대상은 2024년 12월 31일까지 농어업경영체 등록을 완료하고, 같은 날 기준으로 경북도 내에 주민등록을 두고 신청일 현재 1년 이상 계속 거주하면서 실제로 농업·임업·어업에 종사하는 경영주이다. 다만, 농어업 외 소득이 일정 기준을 초과하거나 보조금 부정 수급 이력이 있는 경우 등은 관련 규정에 따라 지급 대상에서 제외된다.

농어민수당은 농가당 연 60만 원이 지급되며, 자격 요건 검증과 심의 절차를 거쳐 상반기 중 지역사랑상품권 또는 지역사랑선불카드 형태로 지급될 예정이다.

성주군 관계자는 “농어민수당은 농어업이 지닌 공익적 기능을 사회적으로 인정하는 제도인 만큼, 요건을 충족하는 농어민들께서는 신청 기간을 놓치지 말고 반드시 신청해 주시길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 농어민의 안정적인 영농 활동을 지원하기 위한 정책을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
