한국사학진흥재단(이사장 지병문)에서 2021년 2차 신규직원 공개 채용을 실시한다.

채용은 학력, 나이, 성별 등 편견이나 차별을 야기할 수 있는 요소를 배제한 블라인드 방식으로 진행되며, 채용인원은 행정, 전산, 기록물관리, 회계, 미화 분야 총 22명이며, 직군별로는 정규직 신입(5급) 13명, 정규직 경력(4급) 2명, 무기계약직 경력(4급) 3명, 육아휴직대체 기간계약직(5급) 3명, 공무직 미화 1명을 각각 선발할 계획이다.

특히 지역인재 채용목표제(5인 이상 채용 분야 최소 27% 이상)를 적용한 채용 추진으로 대구‧경북 지역의 청년 일자리 문제 해결을 위한 이전공공기관으로서 사회적 책무를 다하고자 하였다.
