대구·경북지방중소벤처기업청(청장 김한식)은 2021년 1차 추경예산안의 맞춤형 피해지원 대책으로 지난 12일부터 고용유지 시 금리를 인하하는 소상공인고용연계 융자지원사업 접수를 시작했다고 13일 밝혔다.

고용유지 대출은 기존 소상공인정책자금을 활용해 코로나19 상황에서도일자리를 유지하는 소상공인에게 금리를 인하한다.

해당 고용연계 융자지원은 총 5,000억원 규모로 집합금지, 영업제한, 매출이 20% 이상 감소한 경영위기업종 중 상시근로자가 있는 소상공인을 대상으로 하는 고용연계 융자지원사업을 추진한다.

업체당 1,000만원 한도 2.0%금리로 5년간 대출되고, 대출 이후 1년간 당초 고용인원을 유지할 경우 금리가 1.0%로 감면된다.

대출은 신속한 지원과 수요자 편의제고를 위해 소상공인시장진흥공단 누리집을 통한 온라인 접수를 원칙으로 지난 4월 12일부터 진행하고 있다.

동시접속 완화를 위해 대표자 주민번호 출생연도 끝자리를 기준으로 5부제로 신청 받을 계획이다.

개인사업자는 별도의 소상공인지원센터 방문 없이 소상공인정책자금 홈페이지를 통해 신청에서 약정까지 온라인으로 진행할 수 있다.

대구․경북지방중소벤처기업청 소상공인과장은 “어려운 시기임에도 고용을 유지해 주시는 소상공인분들께 이번 저금리 융자가 도움이 되었으면 한다.”고 말했다.
