【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=중소벤처기업부 대구경북지방중소벤처기업청(청장 정기환)이 1일 대구창조경제혁신센터와 경북창조경제혁신센터에서 ‘스타트업 원스톱 지원센터’ 제막식을 열고 운영에 들어갔다. 전국 17개 지역 센터가 동시에 문을 열면서 정부의 창업 생태계 지원체계가 단일 창구 방식으로 전환된다.

이번 센터 조성은 지난 9월 발표된 새 정부 창업·벤처 정책 비전의 후속 조치로, 창업자가 법률·세무·특허·회계 등 경영 애로를 한 곳에서 상담받을 수 있도록 설계됐다. 그동안 여러 기관을 개별 방문해야 했던 상담 절차를 지원센터에서 한 번에 처리할 수 있도록 한 것이 핵심이다.

중기부는 센터 구축 과정에서 10차례 현장 간담회를 열어 수요를 반영하고, 벤처기업협회·코리아스타트업포럼 등 6개 민간단체와 협력해 약 1,600명 규모의 분야별 자문단을 구성했다. 자문단에는 전문가뿐 아니라 대기업 출신 인력과 선배 창업가도 참여했다.

대경중기청은 이 가운데 지역 전문가를 중심으로 ‘권역 자문 풀’을 별도로 구성해 대구·경북 산업구조와 창업 생태계를 반영한 상담 체계를 운영한다는 계획이다.

정기환 청장은 “대구·경북에서 제조 기반과 ICT·서비스가 융합된 스타트업이 성장하고 있는 만큼 복합적인 초기 애로를 해결할 수 있는 현장형 지원이 중요하다”며 “원스톱 지원센터가 지역 민간 네트워크와 정책 지원 수단을 연결하는 허브가 되도록 뒷받침하겠다”고 말했다.

The establishment of this center is a follow-up measure to the new government's startup and venture policy vision announced last September. It is designed to provide entrepreneurs with a single-site consultation service for legal, tax, patent, and accounting-related management issues. The key point is that consultation procedures, previously requiring individual visits to multiple institutions, can now be handled in one place at the support center.

During the center's development process, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups held ten on-site meetings to reflect demand and collaborated with six private organizations, including the Korea Venture Business Association and the Korea Startup Forum, to form a sector-specific advisory group of approximately 1,600 members. The advisory group included not only experts but also former employees of large corporations and experienced entrepreneurs.

The Daegu-Gyeongbuk SMEs and Startups Agency plans to establish a separate "regional advisory pool" comprised of local experts to operate a consulting system that reflects the industrial structure and startup ecosystem of Daegu and Gyeongbuk.

Director Jeong Ki-hwan stated, "As startups that converge manufacturing, ICT, and services are growing in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, on-site support that can address complex initial challenges is crucial. We will support the one-stop support center to become a hub that connects regional private networks with policy support tools."
