대구시가 유흥시설 및 행정 명령을 위반한 업소에 대한 엄정 조치 방침을 거듭 밝혔다. 또, 선별진료소를 확대하고 확진자와 자가격리자에 대해서는 특별 관리를 할 것으로 알려졌다.
채홍호 행정부시장은 24일 긴급 브리핑을 개최하고 고코로 확산에 대응하기 위한 콜센터 운영 등 특별대책안을 제시했다.
유흥업소 매개 확진자만 160여명 더 뚫리면 힘들어져
대구 유흥업소에서 발생한 코로나 확진자는 어느 덧 160명에 육박했다. 대구시에 따르면 24일 0시 기준으로 대구지역 코로나 신규 확진자는 48명이다. 이중 유흥주점 관련 확진자가 40명으로, 지난 19일 외국인 종업원 6명을 시작으로 계속 발생하고 있다.
이중 97명은 내국인이고 61명은 외국인이다. 외국인 중 51명은 유흥업소 종사자이고 6명은 유흥업소 방문자, 4명은 n차 감염으로 확인되고 있다. 문제는 업소의 수치다. 대구시가 파악한 곳만 15곳이 넘는다.
확산 원인으로는 외국인 종사자들의 합숙이 지적되고 있다. 또, 특징으로는 20~30대의 젊은층이 많다는 것과 그에 따라 전파의 위험도 역시 높을 것으로 우려하고 있다.
대구시는 더 이상의 확산을 막지 못하면 수도권과 같은 상황이 될 수있다고 판단, 24일부터 시청 본관에 ‘코로나 확산 대응 콜센터’ 운영등 확진자와의 접촉을 차단하겠다고 밝혔다.
대구시에 따르면 여기서는 지금까지 파악된 15개 유흥시설의 종사자 및 방문자에 대한 전수검사, 이들의 동선에 따른 추가 노출 시설에 대한 접촉자 파악과 진단검사를 독려하는 업무를 담당하게 된다.
진단검사도 대폭 확대 운영된다. 이를 위해 기존 국채보상운동기념공원에 설치돼 있는 임시선별검사소 외에 달서구 두류공원야구장에 추가로 임시선별검사소를 설치해 운영에 들어갔다.
기존 국채보상운동기념공원 임시선별검사소에도 민간검체팀 인력을 추가로 투입해 기존 2개팀에서 3개팀으로 확대한다. 임시선별진료소는 주중, 주말, 공휴일 모두 운영된다. 운영시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 4시까지이며 예약 없이 무료로 무증상도 가능하다.
대구시는 이와 함께 오는 30일까지 유흥시설에 대해 내려진 집합금지 및 종사자 진단검사 위반에 대한 단속도 강화한다. 이 기간 중에는 시·구·군 공무원과 경찰 합동으로 점검을 실시하고 행정명령을 위반하거나 PCR 검사를 하지 않은 종사자들이 포함된 업소에는 종사자는 물론, 업소 대표 및 보도방 사장 등에 대하여도 고발 및 구상권 청구 등 강력한 행정조치를 취할 예정이다.
대구시는 이밖에도 코로나 확진자의 급증에 대비해 생활치료센터의 개소를 준비하고, 변이 바이러스 확산억제를 위한 선제 대응, 자가격리자에 대한 관리강화 방침도 마련했다.
