【브레이크뉴스 대구 】박은정 기자=대구시 ‘원스톱 투자지원단’ 협의체 협약식 및 실무지원단 발족행사를 개최했다고 10일 밝혔다.
협약식에는 홍준표 대구시장을 비롯해 8개 구·군 단체장, 김정환 한국산업단지공단 이사장, 이재용 LH 대구경북지역본부장, 박무흥 한국전력공사 대구본부장, 최삼룡 대구경북경제자유구역청장, 오영환 대구연구개발특구본부장 , 대구도시개발공사 사장 등 15명이 참석했다.
협약서의 주요내용은 기업의 지역 내 신규투자 시 대구시와 8개 구·군, 6개 관련기관이 긴밀히 협력해 부지공급 및 기반시설 지원, 건축 관련 각종 인허가를 신속히 원스톱으로 지원한다는 내용을 담았다.
컨트롤타워인 대구시 원스톱기업투자센터를 주축으로 기관장으로 구성된 ‘투자지원협의체’와 실무진으로 구성된 ‘실무지원단’을 구성해 부지공급, 상하수도·전력 등 기반시설, 건축․환경 등 인허가, 입주지원 및 금융·인력 등 지원서비스를 신속히 제공해 기업의 투자를 지원할 계획이다.
원스톱 투자지원단은 지역에 투자를 결정한 기업을 먼저 방문해 요구사항과 애로사항을 파악하고 기업이 문제해결을 위해 여러 기관을 찾아다니지 않아도 되도록 관련 기관 실무자로 지원팀을 구성한 뒤, 신속하게 지원서비스를 제공하는 ‘원팀-원스톱’ 지원체계로 신속하게 대응할 계획이다.
또 사안별 진행 및 협조 사항을 사전에 기관별 상호 공유하는 등 전방위적으로 협력해 차질 없이 기업 투자지원 업무를 처리해 나갈 예정이다.
홍준표 대구시장은 “기업의 투자 결정에서 사업 시작까지 각종 인허가에 걸리는 행정업무 처리기간을 과감히 단축하고, 여기저기 흩어져 있는 업무를 한곳으로 모아 2개월 내 모든 절차를 신속히 마칠 수 있도록 지원에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
