중구는 올해부터 관내에 신규 아파트의 본격적 준공에 따라 취득세 신고에서 부동산 등기신청 방법까지의 행정정보에 대한 수요가 증대할 것으로 예상됨에 따라 부동산 셀프등기 안내 리플릿을 제작하여, 종합민원실, 각 동 행정복지센터에 각각 비치하기로 했다.
QR코드 시스템 이용방법은 QR코드 리더앱을 스마트폰에 내려 받아 설치하고 QR코드를 스캔하면 셀프등기 안내 서비스 화면으로 연결되며, 취득세 신고부터 채권 및 수입인지 매입, 셀프등기 시 필요한 절차 및 준비서류 등을 원스톱으로 알려준다.
취득세 안내는 위택스, 국민주택채권 매입은 주택도시기금, 수입인지 매입은 전자수입인지, 등기 양식과 작성 예시는 대법원 인터넷 등기소와 링크되어 있다.
이에 부동산 거래 시 쉽게 셀프등기까지 할 수 있어 법무사에게 의뢰하지 않고 셀프등기를 할 수 있어 법무사 비용을 절감할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
