【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 중구 성내1동 지역사회보장협의체(위원장 정복찬)가 동성로 소재 디저트카페 르폴뒤(대표 이효희)와 빵관심(대표 정연재)과 함께 지역사회 나눔 문화 확산에 나섰다고 밝혔다.

중구에 따르면 지난 19일 중구 성내1동 지역사회보장협의체와 협약을 맺은 두 업체는 ‘온(溫)마을 나눔 릴레이 사업’에 참여해 매월 20만 원 상당의 베이커리 제품을 취약계층에 지원하고, 복지 사각지대 발굴에도 힘을 보태기로 했다.

르폴뒤와 빵관심은 각각 나눔 릴레이 5호점과 6호점으로 선정됐다. 협의체는 앞으로도 다양한 ‘착한 가게’를 발굴해 릴레이 형식으로 나눔을 이어간다는 계획이다.

이효희 르폴뒤 대표는 “정성껏 만든 빵이 이웃들에게 작은 위로가 되길 바란다”며 “지역사회와 함께하는 나눔을 꾸준히 실천하겠다”고 말했다. 

정연재 빵관심 대표 역시 “받은 사랑을 돌려줄 기회를 얻게 돼 기쁘다”며 “규모는 작아도 오래도록 따뜻한 나눔을 이어가고 싶다”고 전했다.

정복찬 위원장은 “착한 사장님들의 동참이 지역을 더 따뜻하게 만든다”며 “함께 힘을 모아 촘촘한 복지 환경을 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Daegu Jung-gu Seongnae 1-dong Community Welfare Council (Chairman Jeong Bok-chan) has partnered with dessert cafes Le Paul Du (CEO Lee Hyo-hee) and Bread Cultivation (CEO Jeong Yeon-jae) located on Dongseong-ro to promote a culture of community sharing.

The two businesses, which signed an agreement with the Seongnae 1-dong Community Welfare Council on the 19th, will participate in the "Warm Village Sharing Relay Project," providing 200,000 won worth of bakery products each month to vulnerable communities and helping to identify areas in need of social services.

Le Paul Du and Bread Cultivation were selected as the 5th and 6th stores, respectively, for the Sharing Relay. The council plans to continue this sharing initiative by identifying various "good shops" and participating in the relay.

Le Paul Du CEO Lee Hyo-hee said, "I hope our carefully crafted bread will bring a small comfort to our neighbors. We will continue to practice sharing with the community."

Jeong Yeon-jae, CEO of Bread Love, also said, "I'm delighted to have the opportunity to give back the love I've received. Even on a small scale, I hope to continue this warm sharing for a long time."

Chairman Jeong Bok-chan stated, "The participation of kind business owners makes our region warmer. We will work together to create a well-rounded welfare environment."
