중구청에 따르면 오는 6일 오후 2시 ‘김광석스토리하우스’에서 ‘김광석 30주기 추모행사’가 개최된다. 행사는 추모식과 공연으로 구성되며, 현장에 직접 참석하지 못하는 시민들을 위해 유튜브 생중계도 병행된다.

이날 행사는 오후 2시 추모식으로 시작된다. 이어 2시 30분부터는 첼리스트 채송아, 기타리스트 겸 싱어송라이터 김성준, 소프라노 심규연 등이 출연해 김광석의 대표곡을 재해석하는 무대를 선보인다. 공연 중에는 ‘김광석 노래 이야기와 인생 이야기’를 주제로 한 LP 연주 프로그램도 진행될 예정이다.

행사 당일에는 김광석스토리하우스 전시관이 시민들에게 무료로 개방된다. 누구나 찾아와 고인을 추모하고, 그가 남긴 음악적 흔적과 메시지를 직접 체험할 수 있도록 했다.

김광석행복나눔 측 태성길 이사장은 “30주기를 맞아 화려한 무대보다는 김광석 노래가 담고 있는 위로와 온기를 더하고자 했다”며 “그의 노래가 여전히 우리 곁에 살아 있음을 함께 느끼는 시간이 되길 바란다”고 전했다.

류규하 중구청장은 “김광석 30주기는 그의 음악이 시대와 세대를 넘어 많은 이들의 마음에 닿아 있음을 돌아보는 자리”라며 “앞으로도 그의 음악적 가치와 예술정신이 지역 문화 콘텐츠로 이어질 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
