다함께돌봄센터 1호점은 아파트 주민공동시설 공간을 무상 제공받아 조성됐으며, 중구청이 리모델링과 기자재 구입 등을 지원했다. 운영은 사단법인 ‘좋은학교만들기’가 맡아 전문적이고 체계적인 돌봄 서비스를 제공한다.

센터는 총 198㎡ 규모로 활동실, 학습실, 조리실 등을 갖추고 있으며 정원은 35명이다. 운영 시간은 학기 중 오전 10시부터 오후 7시까지, 방학 중에는 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지다.
