【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시 북구는 칠곡에 조성된 다함께돌봄센터의 개소식을 개최했다고 27일 밝혔다.
이날 문을 연 다함께돌봄센터는 지역 내 두 번째 돌봄센터로, 초등학생에게 안정적인 돌봄 서비스를 제공하기 위해 건립됐다.
센터에서는 정기 및 일시 돌봄 서비스, 놀이 프로그램, 급·간식 지원, 보호자 상담 서비스 등 맞춤형 돌봄 서비스가 이뤄질 계획이다.
구는 개소식을 계기로 촘촘한 돌봄 지원 체계를 구축해 초등학생의 돌봄 공백을 해소할 예정이다.
배광식 북구청장은 "아동 돌봄은 아이들의 건강한 성장과 학습권을 보장하는 중요한 역할을 한다"며 "센터가 부모님의 돌봄 부담을 줄이고 아이에게 더 나은 환경을 제공하는 계기가 되길 바란다"고 말했다.
