【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구시 중구(구청장 류규하)는 여성가족부로부터 ‘가족친화 인증기관’으로 재인증 받았다고 15일 밝혔다.
가족친화 인증제도는 자녀출산 및 양육지원, 유연근무제도, 가족친화직장문화조성 등 가족친화제도를 모범적으로 운영하는 기업 및 공공기관에 대하여 서류 및 현장심사를 거쳐 여성가족부장관이 인증한다.
중구는 매주 수․금요일 정시퇴근을 장려하는 가족사랑의 날, 유연근무제도 및 모성보호시간, 육아시간 등을 통해 직원들의 육아 편의를 제공하고 있다.
또 지난 10월에는 청도 군불로에서 가족친화 체험 프로그램을 개최하여 직원들에게 가족과 함께하는 힐링의 시간을 제공했다.
중구청은 2014년 가족친화 인증기관으로 신규 선정된 이후 2017년 유효기간 연장과 2019년 재인증을 거쳐 2번째 재인증을 받았다. 이번 재인증을 통해 오는 2025년 11월까지 가족친화 우수기관 자격을 유지한다.
류규하 중구청장은 “앞으로도 시대의 흐름에 발맞춘 가족친화적 직장문화 조성을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
