【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=푸치니 오페라 '라보엠'이 오는 24일 서구문화회관 공연장에서 개최된다고 대구 서구문화회관이 20일 밝혔다.
2022년 연말을 멋지게 마무리하는 서구문화회관의 공연은 푸치니 오페라 '라보엠'으로 상주단체인 프리소울과 협력한 작품으로 겨울 단골 오페라이다.
우리나라 정서로 재각색하여 등장인물들의 구성, 사회․공간적 배경을 현대적으로 재배치하고 희극적 요소를 가미한 색다른 오페라를 그려낸다.
푸치니 3대 걸작으로 꼽히는 '라보엠'을 현시대 우리의 이야기를 반영해 만든 이번 작품은 프랑스 파리의 뒷골목을 배경으로 가난한 삶 속에서 젊은 예술가들이 경험하는 절절한 삶과 사랑을 현대적으로 표현하고, 푸치니의 드라마틱한 선율을 더해 크리스마스이브를 감동으로 물들일 예정이다.
세 파트로 나뉜 이번 공연은 미미 역에 양지민, 로돌포 역에 전재은, 마르첼로 역에 추장환, 무제타 역에 홍영은이 함께하며 그대의 찬손, 내 이름은 미미, 내가 혼자 거리를 걸어가면, 안녕, 달콤한 아침이여 등의 주옥같은 아리아 선율과 열연으로 꾸며진다.
