【브레이크뉴스 대구 】박은정 기자= 대구 동구청(구청장 윤석준)이 오는 31일까지 2023년 자동차세 연납신청을 받는다고 5일 밝혔다.
자동차세 연납제도는 매년 6월과 12월에 정기적으로 부과되는 자동차세를 1월에 미리 납부하는 경우 납부 기간 이후의 기간에 해당하는 세액에 대해 자동차세 연 세액의 일부를 공제해 주는 제도이다.
2023년 신규로 연납을 하려면 전화 또는 방문 신청이 가능하며 16일부터는 인터넷 위택스, 스마트폰 앱(스마트위택스) 등을 통해서도 신청할 수 있다.
동구는 지난해 연납으로 납부한 납세자에게 별도의 신청 없이 자동차세 연세액의 6.4%를 공제한 납부서를 오는 10일까지 주소지로 우송할 예정이다.
윤석준 동구청장은 “자동차세 연납제도는 어려운 시기에 세금 절약혜택을 받을 수 있는 좋은 기회이다”며 “이를 통해 많은 구민들이 절세 혜택을 받을 수 있기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
