오는 16일부터 18일까지는 본청 부서별로 성동‧중앙시장에서, 직속기관 및 사업본부는 봉황‧북정로 등 중심상가 위주로, 사업소와 읍면동은 오는 11일부터 20일까지 부서별 계획에 따라 자체적으로 진행된다.
