교육청에 따르면 이번 특별점검은 해이해지기 쉬운 공직기강을 확립하고 업무에 매진하는 분위기 조성을 위해 오는 20일까지 직속기관, 교육지원청, 학교 등 경북교육청 소속 전체 기관을 대상으로 특별점검을 벌일 계획이다.

점검사항은 △금품·향응수수 행위 △명절 분위기에 편승한 업무해태 및 품위손상 행위 △복무위반 행위 △재난·사고 발생에 대비한 비상대비 태세 △공무원 행동강령 이행실태 △회계 관련 비위 행위 등이다.

 김봉갑 감사관은 “이번 설 명절을 앞두고 강도 높은 특별점검을 통해 자칫 느슨해질 수 있는 공직기강을 바로 잡고, 관행적 비위행위나 품위손상 행위 등을 사전에 예방해 공정하고 청렴한 공직 문화가 조성될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
