지난 1일 대구한의대 다문화복지한국어학과는 경산 남매지에서 Share, Learning UP(함께 공유하고 배움 업)을 실시했다고 5일 밝혔다.

해당 프로그램은 여러 나라에서 온 결혼이주여성들이 삶의 지식과 현실 경험을 공유함으로써 배움을 증진시키고 역량을 키워 나가도록 돕기 위해 마련되었다.

이를 위해 프로그램에 참석한 결혼이주여성들은 일대일로 매칭하여 모두가 쉐어러(sharer)가 되어 한국에서의 삶과 문화, 지식 등을 서로 공유하는 시간을 가졌다. 

다문화복지한국어학과 서혜전 학과장은 “선배가 멘토가 되고 후배가 멘티가 되는 기존의 틀에서 벗어나, 결혼이주여성 모두가 멘토-멘티가 되어 자신의 경험을 나누는 것만으로도 배움이 일어날 수 있었다.”면서 "앞으로도 지속적으로 이를 더 확대해나가겠다 ”라고 말했다.
