【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=한국수력원자력(사장 황주호, 이하 한수원)은 7월 24일부터 경주시 중소기업을 대상으로 ‘한수원 경주상생협력기금’ 대출 지원사업을 본격 시행한다고 밝혔다.

‘한수원 경주상생협력기금’은 한수원 본사가 2016년 경주로 이전한 이후 지역사회와 상생 발전을 위해 추진해 온 체감형 사업으로, 2021년부터는 경주시, NH농협은행과의 협약을 통해 사업을 지속해오고 있다. 올해까지 누적 혜택 규모는 5년간 약 183억 원에 달하며, 경주 지역 중소기업의 안정적 경영에 큰 도움이 되고 있다.

이번 기금은 경주시에 소재한 제조업, 건설업, 전기공사업, 정보통신공사업 등 다양한 업종의 중소기업을 대상으로 하며, 경주시 추천과 NH농협은행 대출 심사를 거쳐 지원된다. 총 대출 규모는 한수원 예탁금 1,000억 원과 NH농협은행 출연금 120억 원을 합친 1,120억 원이며, 기업당 최대 10억 원까지 대출이 가능하다.

특히, 일반 신용대출 금리보다 평균 3% 이상 낮은 혜택을 제공해, 기업들은 최대 1.7%의 낮은 금리로 자금을 조달할 수 있다.

1차 접수는 7월 24일부터 25일까지 300억 원 규모로 진행되며, 한수원 협력 중소기업과 올해부터 5년간 기금 혜택을 받지 못한 신규 기업도 신청할 수 있다. 2차 접수는 7월 28일부터 8월 10일까지이며, 대출 연장 및 신규 신청이 가능하다. 이후 9월부터는 자금 소진 시까지 매월 1일부터 10일까지 정기 신청을 받을 예정이다. 신청은 경주시청 기업지원과 방문 접수를 통해 가능하다.

The ‘KHNP Gyeongju Mutual Growth Cooperation Fund’ is a hands-on project that has been promoted for mutual growth with the local community since KHNP’s headquarters relocated to Gyeongju in 2016, and has been continuing the project since 2021 through an agreement with Gyeongju City and NH Nonghyup Bank. The cumulative benefit amount for this year is approximately KRW 18.3 billion over the past five years, and it is of great help in the stable management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Gyeongju area.

This fund targets small and medium-sized enterprises in various industries such as manufacturing, construction, electrical engineering, and information and communication engineering located in Gyeongju City, and is supported after recommendation by Gyeongju City and loan screening by NH Nonghyup Bank. The total loan size is 112 billion won, which is the combined amount of 100 billion won in Hanwha deposits and 12 billion won in NH Nonghyup Bank contributions, and up to 1 billion won can be loaned per company.

In particular, it provides benefits that are 3% lower on average than general credit loan interest rates, allowing companies to secure funds at a low interest rate of up to 1.7%.

The first application will be held from July 24 to 25 with a scale of 30 billion won, and Hanwha cooperative SMEs and new companies that have not received fund benefits for the past five years can also apply. The second application will be held from July 28 to August 10, and loan extensions and new applications are possible. From September, regular applications will be accepted from the 1st to the 10th of each month until the funds are exhausted.
