【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=전국시도교육감협의회(회장 강은희 대구시교육감)는 제104회 총회를 열고 사립학교 교원 징계제도 개선 등 주요 현안을 논의했다.

 지난 9월 18일 충북 청주 엔포드호텔에서 열린 총회에서는 6개 안건이 심의·의결됐다.

▲사립학교 교원 징계제도의 실효성 확보를 위한 법령 정비 ▲학교폭력 영상 삭제를 위한 법 개정 요구 ▲학교 건축물 기계설비유지관리자 선임 대응 ▲교장공모제 운영 개선 ▲학교 내 흉기난동 대응 매뉴얼 개정 ▲특수학급 증설비 교부대상 확대 등이다.

또한 교육 의제로는 ‘대입 개선을 위한 AI 서·논술형 평가시스템’이 논의됐다. 해당 시스템은 서술형·논술형 평가 전 과정을 디지털화해 공정성과 일관성을 강화하는 것을 목표로 개발 중이다.

아울러 지방교육재정 확보와 교원 정원 대책을 놓고도 심층 토론이 이뤄졌다. 교육감들은 현장 실태를 빠르게 파악하고 중앙정부와 협의해 정책 반영을 추진하기로 했다.

강은희 협의회장은 “이번 총회를 통해 급변하는 사회에 대응할 수 있는 교육환경을 마련해 나가겠다”며 “지방교육 자치와 미래교육 실현을 위해 중앙정부와 적극 협력하겠다”고 말했다.

Furthermore, in-depth discussions were held on securing local education funding and teacher quotas. The superintendents of education agreed to quickly assess the on-site situation and, through consultation with the central government, promote policy reflection.

Council Chairperson Kang Eun-hee stated, "Through this general meeting, we will establish an educational environment that can respond to a rapidly changing society." She added, "We will actively cooperate with the central government to achieve local educational autonomy and future education."
