김경오 위원장은 “각자의 현장에서 쌓은 성과와 에너지가 결합될 때 공무원 노동운동의 미래가 더욱 분명해진다”며 “지속적인 교류와 협력을 통해 현장 중심의 노사관계를 함께 확장해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
양 노조는 앞으로 △조합원 교육·연수 및 문화행사 교류 △공무원 노동권 보호와 처우 개선을 위한 공동 대응 △지역 문화·행사 교류와 지역경제 활성화를 위한 상호 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 협력을 이어갈 계획이다.
한편 이날 협약식에서는 우정의 상징으로 전주의 전통주 이강주와 안동소주를 서로 교환하며, 오랜 인연을 되새기고 향후 협력 의지를 다졌다.
