경북교육청(교육감 임종식)이 안전의식 확산을 위한 2021학년도 후반기 어린이 재난안전훈련을 실시한다. 

6일, 경북교육청에 따르면 어린이 재난안전훈련은 재난 및 안전관리 기본법상 재난대비 훈련 근거 규정에 따라 실시되는 어린이 재난안전훈련은 재난대비와 훈련의 중요성을 어린 시절부터 인식시키기 위해 마련됐다.

4주간 진행되는 어린이 재난안전훈련에는 총 13개교가 참여하며 어린이와 교사가 직접 재난 유형을 선정해 재난 대응 훈련계획을 세워 실행하는 방식으로 진행된다.

 교육은 △1주차 재난 이해하기, 주변 환경 조사, 관계기관 역할 정리 △2주차 대피지도 제작, 재난 대응 요령 작성, 훈련 시나리오 작성 △3주차 모의훈련 실시, 문제점 발굴, 훈련 시나리오 수정 △4주차 현장훈련 실시, 설문조사 등으로 구성되었다.

임종식 교육감은 “어린이 재난안전훈련에 참여하는 학교는 지난해 5개교에서 올해 13개교로 늘어났다”며“학교들의 관심이 높아지는 것을 고려해, 학교에 안전교육 강사를 지원하는 등 안전한 학교 환경 조성에 적극 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.
