대구시는 지난해 12월 행정안전부에 의뢰한 ‘신청사 건립사업 중앙투자심사’ 결과, 조건부 승인됐다고 6일 밝혔다.
대구시는 2021년 10월 완료된 ‘대구시 신청사 건립사업 타당성 조사’ 결과인 총사업비 3천 312억원, 연면적 10만 5천 496㎡를 반영해 2021년 12월 행정안전부에 중앙투자심사를 의뢰했으며, 조건부 승인됐다.
행안부는 중기지방재정계획 수정, 공유재산 관리계획 수립, 청사 신축 비용 공개 등을 조건으로 제시했다.
이번에 완료된 중앙투자 심사는 지방재정법 제37조에 따른 신청사 건립사업의 사전행정 절차로 투자사업의 필요성 및 타당성, 중·장기 지역계획 및 지방재정계획과의 연계성, 재정·경제적 효율성 등을 심사해 사업의 적정성을 확보하기 위함이다.
대구시는 중앙투자심사 결과를 고려해 신청사 건립 총사업비 및 사업규모 등을 최종 확정할 계획이다.
