지난 22일, 한국가스공사가 공공운수노조 가스공사지부와 노사 합의를 통해 임금인상에 최종 합의했다고 전했다.

최연혜 가스공사 사장과 신홍범 공공운수노조 가스공사지부장은 7차례의 실무교섭 및 2차례 본교섭 끝에 정부지침 상 총 인건비 인상률 내에서 2022년도 임금인상을 하기로 최종 합의했다. 

가스공사 노동조합은 신임 사장 선임 절차에 대해 지난 7일 대구지방법원에 제기한 가처분 신청을 취하했다.

이번 합의로 최연혜 가스공사 사장은 취임직후 외부에서 우려했던 노사관계를 빠르게 정상화하는 모습을 보여주며 최고경영자로서의 리더십과 역량을 드러냈다는 평가가 이어진다. 

최연혜 사장은 “취임 후 첫 노사 합의 사인인 임금 인상안을 원만히 합의하게 돼 무척 기쁘다”며, “노동조합은 중요한 경영 파트너이자 한 배를 타고 거친 바다를 헤쳐 나갈 동지인 만큼, 끊임없는 소통으로 신뢰와 화합의 노사관계를 이끌겠다”고 말했다.

신홍범 지부장은 “그동안의 갈등을 매듭짓고 노사 대통합 차원에서 노조가 신청한 가처분 신청을 취하했다”며, “앞으로도 노사가 함께 가스공사 발전을 위해 부단히 노력하자”고 말했다.

Shin Hong-beom, head of the branch, said, "We have withdrawn the application for provisional injunction filed by the labor union in order to settle the conflict and unify labor and management."
