【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 달성군(군수 최재훈)은 '달성 새희망 금융복지지원'을 위한 역량강화 교육을 실시했다고 14일 밝혔다.
이날 교육은 신용회복위원회 이시형 대구․경북지역 단장을 초청해 신용회복 서비스 연계를 위한 채무조정에 대한 내용을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 진행됐다.
신용과 부채문제에 대한 기본 이해를 시작으로 신용회복위원회의 채무자 구제제도와 복지상담 연계, 채무조정 연계 등 실질적으로 도움이 되는 내용으로 강의를 구성했다.
특히 제도를 지난해 대구에서 최초로 1년간 운영했던 다사읍 윤노영 주무관의 실무상담 사례와 연계방안에 대한 교육도 함께 진행되었으며, 실제 자신의 실무경험을 바탕으로 교육을 진행해 직원들의 이해도를 높였다.
최재훈 달성군수는“실효성 있는 교육으로 사회복지전담공무원의 역량을 강화하여 실질적으로 군민들의 경제적 어려움을 경감시킬 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”며“최근 고물가, 고금리, 고환율 등 이른바 3고로 인해 유발되는 채무문제로 어려움을 겪고 있는 금융취약계층을 위한 다각적인 지원방안을 마련하여 군민 모두가 행복한 따뜻한 달성을 만드는데 앞장서겠다.”고 밝혔다.
한편, 이번 교육은 지난달 21일 새희망 금융복지지원 업무협약을 체결한 것에서 비롯되었으며 달성군은 체계적이고 전문적인 금융복지 상담 및 지원 강화를 위하여 3월부터 9개 읍‧면 맞춤형복지팀에서 전국 최초로 '금융복지지원 상담창구'를 개설해 운영한다.
