올해로 17회를 맞이하는 이번 행사는 디지털 조선일보가 주최하고 산업통산자원부가 후원하는 행사로, 소비자로부터 가장 높은 신뢰를 받는 브랜드를 선정한 후 부문별 브랜드에 대한 소비자 인지도, 선호도, 경영전략, 경쟁력, 성장성 등을 종합적으로 심사해 가장 우수한 브랜드를 최종 선정한다.
김천김밥축제는 ‘김밥천국’이라는 설문조사 결과를 역발상으로 기획해 2024년에 처음으로 개최한 축제로 축제 시작 전부터 큰 화제를 불러일으켜 누리꾼들의 호기심과 눈길을 끌었으며, 당초 예상보다 훨씬 많은 관광객이 방문하여 큰 호응을 얻었다.
