【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=한국교육학술정보원(원장 정제영, 이하 KERIS)은 지난 10일 노사 대표 등 직원 20여명이 참석한 가운데 소통과 상생의 협력적 노사관계를 구축하기 위해 노사관계 新비전을 선포하고 노사 공동선언문을 작성했다고 11일 밝혔다.

KERIS 노사는 국민에게 사랑받는 디지털 전문교육기관으로 자리매김하기 위해 “同心同德! 노사가 함께하는 상생문화 창조!”라는 새로운비전을 선포하고, 미래지향적 선진 노사문화 구축 목표에 합의했다.

이번 新비전 선포 및 공동선언문 채택을 통해 △노사갈등 없는 조직문화 조성 △기관의 발전과 근로자 삶의 질 향상 도모 △노동존중 실현 △공공부문 노사상생의 모범 등 노사가 함께 지속 성장할 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위해 적극 협력해 나가기로 했다.

KERIS 정제영 원장은 “이번 선언문을 시작으로 노사 공동 목표를 달성하기 위해 워크숍 등 노사 간 적극적 소통의 장을 마련하여 협력과 상호 이해를 바탕으로 지속 가능한 성장을 이뤄나갈 계획이다”라고 밝혔다.

정진명 지부장은 “우리 모두가 하나 되어, 공동 목표를 향해 나아가는첫걸음인 만큼 서로간의 협력을 통해 노동자의 권익을 보장하고 더 나은 근로환경을 만들어가기 위해 적극 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.

KERIS는 13년 연속 가족친화인증(여성가족부), 2년 연속 공정채용 우수기관 인증(한국경영인증원), 학교 밖 청소년 교육 지원 사업 장관상(여성가족부)을 수상하는 등 공공부문 노사상생의 모범이 되는다양한 정책을 추진하며 높은 평가를 받고 있다. 앞으로도 KERIS는투명하고 공정한 조직문화를 조성하기 위한 다양한 혁신 활동을 추진해 나갈 계획이다.
