정진명 한국교육학술정보원 지부장도 “노조 역시 기관이 더욱 건강하게 발전할 수 있도록 책임 있는 역할을 다하겠다”며 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 협력 의지를 강조했다.
한국교육학술정보원은 앞으로도 노사 간 소통 채널을 확대하고, 구성원이 공감할 수 있는 상생의 조직문화를 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
