【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 서구여성단체협의회(회장 강희자)에서는 지난 20일 울산 장생포 고래문화특구 및 대왕암공원을 답사하는 ‘아동들과 함께하는 울산 문화탐방’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 문화탐방은 경제적·시간적 제약으로 인하여 문화체험의 기회가 적은 아동들에게 새로운 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련되었으며, 고래박물관 및 생태체험관 견학 등 현장 체험학습의 시간으로 진행됐다.

체험에 참여한 아동은 “책에서만 보던 고래들을 직접 보게 돼 신기했고, 친구들과 함께 즐거운 추억을 만들어 좋았다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

강희자 서구여성단체협의회장은 “회원들과 함께 지역의 소외계층 아동의 다양한 문화체험 활동을 통해 밝고 건강하게 자랄 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
