2일, 대학에 따르면 지난달 14일부터 16일까지 경주 블루원 리조트에서 진행된 이번 캠프는 학생들의 성공적인 취창업 준비를 목표로 기획되어 총 19명의 학생들이 참가했다.
캠프는 ▶신입사원 입문교육과정 ▶신임팀장 역량개발과정 ▶신임임원 미니 MBA 과정 등 학습 및 실습활동과 전문가 멘토링으로 구성되었다.
학생들은 상황극을 통해 신입사원 역할을 맡아 비즈니스 매너 실습을, 신임팀장의 역할을 맡아 팀 프로젝트 기획 및 관련 보고서 작성, 신임임원 역할을 맡아 조별 미션 수행 통한 리더십 함양 등에 대한 교육을 받았고 이에 따른 전문가 피드백이 주어졌다.
프로그램에 참가한 김다정 학생(화장품약리학전공, 4학년)은 “이번 커리어로드맵 캠프에서 학과 전공수업시간에는 따로 경험하기 힘든 새로운 교육을 받을 수 있어서 신선한 경험이었고 다음 캠프에도 참여하고 싶다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
대구한의대학교 LINC3.0 사업단 양은주 산학연계교육지원센터장은 “여러 프로그램을 통해 참여 학생들이 교육과정에 어려움을 느끼지 않고 자발적이며 적극적으로 산학연 교육과정에 임할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
