대구보건대학교(총장 남성희)는 2021년도 전문대학 혁신지원사업(Ⅰ유형) 성과평가에서 작년에 이어 2년 연속 최우수 등급인 A등급을 받았다고 30일 밝혔다.
교육부와 한국연구재단이 추진한 전문대학 혁신지원사업은 대학이 수립한 ‘중장기 발전계획’에 따라 자율적으로 혁신하고 취업 역량 등 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업으로 사업 기간은 2019년부터 2021년까지 3년간이다.
이번 평가는 전문대학 혁신지원사업Ⅰ유형에 선정된 87개교를 대상으로 전체 주요 성과에 대한 연차평가와 종합평가 결과를 종합해 점수를 산출하고, 권역별 순위에 따라 등급을 구분했다.
대구보건대학교는 대학의 중장기 발전계획에 맞춰‘보건의료·산업 HUMAN 직업교육혁신 선도대학’을 사업 목표로 정하고 핵심역량기반 직업교육체제 혁신과 스마트교육 플랫폼 구축, 산학연계기반 산업수요맞춤형 인재양성, 글로벌 교육혁신과 지역사회 교육확산 등을 추진전략으로 사업을 운영해 우수한 평가를 받았다.
아울러 국가 인력 수요를 고려한 전략적 지원 성과로 4차 산업혁명기반 AR ‧ VR 교육활성화와 AR ‧ VR 강의시스템 구축과 운영, 사업 운영 우수사례의 공유화 확산, 고교-산업체 등 지역사회 연계 협력사업으로 평가에서 2년 연속 최우수 등급인 A등급을 받는 쾌거를 이뤘다.
