25일 오전 해군교육사령부에서 진행된 해군부사관 277기 임관식에서 장나예 하사(국방군사계열 응급구조의무부사관과, 21)가 1등 수료자로 뽑혀 영진전문대가 우수 부사관 양성의 명문으로 주목을 받고 있다.

선발시험을 통과한 후보생들은 지난 9월부터 12주간의 부사관 양성교육을 거쳐 부사관으로 임관되었다.

이날 부사관으로 임관된 후보생은 200여 명으로 영진전문대 국방군사계열은 총 5명이 신임하사로 선발되었다.

그중에서도 영예의 해군참모총장상을 수상해 눈길을 끈 장나예 하사는 “대학에서 배운 군사학 지식과 강한 체력을 바탕으로 자신감을 가지고 훈련에 적극적으로 나선 결과 대한민국 해군하사로 임관되었고, 해군참모총장상까지 받아 개인적으로 무한한 영광”이라면서“대한민국 영해수호를 위해 필승의 신념으로 무장한 최정예 해군하사가 되겠다.”라고 각오를 전했다.

한편 영진전문대 국방군사계열은 부사관 선발에 필요한 요소를 철저하게 분석한 결과를 토대로 군(軍) 실무현장에서 요구되는 인재를 맞춤형 교육을 실시하고 있다. 특히 부사관 선발 및 군장학생 선발시험, 체력검정 대비 특강 등 다양한 영진자율향상프로그램(YAP)을 실시해 대한민국 최정예 부사관 인재 양성에 노력을 기울이고 있다.
