모집대상은 공고일 기준 대구 동구에 주소를 둔 대구·경북 소재 2년제 이상 대학교 재(휴)학생이며 대학생 행정인턴 기수혜자, 대학원생, 사이버대학교 등은 제외된다.

행정인턴 선발자는 30일부터 2월 28일까지 주5일 근무(일 8시간), 시간당 9,620원의 임금을 받게 되며, 구청·보건소·동 행정복지센터 등에서 업무지원 및 팀별 연구과제를 수행하게 된다.
