25일 대구시는 대구시 표준지 14,046필지의 공시지가 변동률은 -6.02%로 전년 대비 16.58% 하락했다고 밝혔다.

표준지 공시지가는 국토교통부장관이 조사·평가해 공시한 표준지의 단위면적당 적정가격을 말하는 것으로 개별공시지가 산정의 기준이 되며, 재산세 등 각종 조세 및 부담금 부과의 기초자료 등으로 활용된다.

이번에 공시된 대구시 표준지 수는 14,046필지로 용도지역별 표준지의 분포를 개선하고 객관적이고 합리적인 가격 결정을 위해 전년 대비 329필지 증가했다.

2023년 대구시 표준지 공시지가 변동률은 달성군 -6.76%, 북구 -6.41%, 남구 -6.25%, 달서구 -6.24%, 동구-6.21%, 서구 -6.17%, 중구 -6.11%, 수성구-5.18% 순으로 감소율이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 전국 변동률은 -5.92%로 전년 대비 16.09% 하락했다.

표준지 공시지가는 부동산 공시가격 알리미 사이트와 해당 표준지 소재지의 시, 구·군 토지정보과에서 25일부터 열람할 수 있으며, 이의가 있는 경우에는 온라인(부동산 공시가격 알리미 사이트) 또는 서면(우편, 팩스 등)으로 국토교통부장관에게 오는 2월 23일까지 이의신청할 수 있다.
