【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=경북교육청(교육감 임종식)이 ‘2023년 적극행정 실행 계획’을 시행한다.

13일 경북교육청은 급변하는 사회·경제적 변화에 능동적으로 대응하는 적극행정 문화가 공직사회에 정착·확산될 수 있도록 활성화에 나선다고 밝혔다.

지난달 28일 적극행정위원회는 심의를 통해 적극행정 공무원 지원 제도 활성화, 적극행정 공무원 우대 강화, 소극행정 예방 및 혁파, 적극행정 문화 확산 및 소통 강화, 관장이 선도하는 적극행정 문화조성 등 5개 분야를 중심으로 한 14개 실행과제를 계획했다.

이에 따라 적극행정 공무원이 불이익한 처분을 받지 않도록 적극행정 면책제도를 운영하고, 소송지원 및 배상공제 가입으로 적극적으로 일하는 공무원을 보호·지원할 방침이다.

아울러 공무원들의 적극 참여를 독려하는 ‘상·하반기 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회’를 개최해 우수공무원에게 인사상 인센티브와 포상금을 지급할 계획이다. 

또한 소극행정은 현장 점검을 통해 엄정 조치하고 ‘권역별 적극행정 연수’ 및 ‘찾아가는 사전컨설팅’을 운영해 직원 역량 강화 및 우수사례를 적극 홍보해 직원들의 인식 개선에 나설 계획이다.

임종식 교육감은 “학생, 학부모, 지역주민에게 따뜻한 경북교육이 실현될 수 있도록 공무원들이 적극행정 문화의 정착과 확산을 위해 최선을 다해줄 것”을 당부했다.
