【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 적극행정에 대한 인식개선과 적극행정 공직문화 확산을 위한 '적극행정 활성화 특강'을 실시했다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 특강은 달서구청 직원 200여명을 대상으로 인사혁신처 적극행정 전문강사로 등록된 박지현 강사(‘떨림과 성장’대표)를 초청해 진행했다.
‘적극행정의 이해와 실천방안’이라는 주제로 진행된 특강은 사회변화에 따른 적극행정의 중요성 및 다양하고 구체적인 적극행정 사례 소개 등을 통해 적극행정 실천의 구체적 가이드라인을 제시했다.
달서구는 매년 적극행정 실행계획을 수립해 적극행정 우수사례와 우수공무원을 선발하여 공직자의 사기진작에 힘쓰고, 적극행정에 걸림돌이 되는 각종 제도·규제를 발굴해 개선안을 중앙부처에 적극 건의하고 있다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “이번 교육이 달서구 적극행정 문화정착의 마중물 역할을 하길 기대한다.”며“코로나19를 계기로 급변하는 시대와 주민이 요구하는 공직상에 걸맞게 달서구를 적극행정 선도도시로 만들어 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.
