【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 동구청은 최근 적극행정위원회를 개최하고 2022년 상반기 적극행정 우수공무원 6명을 선발했다고 2일 밝혔다.

최우수 공무원에는 윤태명 건설과 도로시설팀장과 백현우 건설과 주무관이 선발됐으며, 우수공무원에는 이예희 감사실 감사팀장, 황예슬 안심3동 주무관, 최말숙 건설과 건설행정팀장과 천유은 건설과 주무관이 각각 선발되었다.

최우수 공무원으로 선정된 윤태명 건설과 도로시설팀장과 백현우 주무관은 고질적인 민원이었던 율하저류지 악취문제를 해결해 장기민원해결과 공공서비스 향상 분야에 선발됐다. 

이예희 감사실 감사팀장은 예산절감 분야로 선발됐다. 이 팀장은 국가정보통신서비스(GNS)와의 약정기간 종료 후, 재계약에 관한 사실을 몰라 놓치는 요금 할인을 찾아내 재계약함으로써 약 5,100만원의 예산을 절감했다.

또, 이 사례가 감사 모범사례로 선정돼 전국 지자체에 파급효과를 미친 성과를 인정받았다.

예슬 안심3동 주무관은 규제개혁 분야에 선발됐다. 

그동안 사실상 이혼관계인 사람이 공공임대주택을 신청할 경우 배우자의 금융정보 제공동의서 등을 제출해야 했다. 하지만 황 주무관은 이를 개선해 실제 생계 및 주거를 달리할 경우 세대 구성원에서 제외하도록 법령을 개정했다. 

최말숙 건설과 건설행정팀장과 천유은 주무관은 장기민원해결과 예산절감 분야에 선발됐다. 기존 시스템은 보상내역을 탐색하는 데 어려움이 있었다. 이들은 과거보상대장 상세DB구축을 통해 해당 부지에 대한 보상금 지불 내역 확인을 가능하게 해 추후 유사한 보상민원 제기 시 적극대응을 가능하게 했다. 

동구청은 공직자의 적극행정 문화를 조성하고 자발적인 참여를 유도하기 위해 이번에 선발된 6명의 우수공무원에게 인사상 인센티브를 부여하기로 했다.

또, 적극행정 확산을 위해 구청 홈페이지 게시, 카드뉴스 등을 제작해 적극적으로 홍보할 계획이다.

윤석준 동구청장은 “적극적으로 일하는 공직자들을 격려하여 주민이 신뢰하고 변화를 체감할 수 있는 동구를 만들도록 하겠다. 앞으로도 적극행정이 공직 일상에 정착될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
