【브레이크뉴스 영천】이성현 기자=영천시의회(의장 김선태)는 20일부터 31일까지 12일간의 일정으로 제248회 임시회를 개회했다.
시의회는 20일 열린 제1차 본회의에서 ▲제248회 임시회 회기 결정의 건 ▲2025년도 행정사무감사 시기 및 기간 결정의 건 ▲회의록 서명의원 선임의 건 등 3건의 안건을 의결했다.
이번 임시회에서는 본회의장에서 2026년도 주요업무보고를 청취하고, 상임위원회별로 ‘영천시 산불방지활동 지원에 관한 조례안’ 등 총 21건의 조례안·동의안을 심사한다. 또한 2025년도 행정사무감사 계획서 채택의 건도 함께 논의될 예정이다.
시의회는 오는 10월 31일 제7차 본회의에서 주요 안건을 최종 의결한 뒤 회기 일정을 마무리할 계획이다.
김선태 의장은 개회사를 통해 “올해 지역공동축제를 비롯해 시민들께 다양한 즐길거리와 볼거리를 제공해 주신 집행기관 공직자 여러분의 노고에 감사드린다”며 “이번 임시회는 행정사무감사와 내년도 예산 심의를 앞둔 중요한 회기인 만큼, 시정 전반을 면밀히 검토해 행정의 효율성과 투명성을 높이는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

The Yeongcheon City Council (Chairman Kim Seon-tae) convened its 248th Extraordinary Session for 12 days, from the 20th to the 31st.
