【브레이크뉴스 영천】이성현 기자=영천시의회(의장 김선태)는 2026학년도 대학수학능력시험이 치러진 13일 오전, 관내 시험장인 영동고등학교와 선화여자고등학교를 찾아 수험생들을 격려했다.

이날 김선태 의장을 비롯한 시의원들과 의회사무국 직원들은 이른 아침부터 시험장을 찾아 피켓을 들고 응원의 메시지를 전하며 수험생들의 선전을 기원했다.

김선태 의장은 “그동안 흘린 땀과 노력이 값진 결실로 이어지길 진심으로 바란다”며 “여러분의 꿈을 영천시의회가 끝까지 응원하겠다”고 격려의 말을 전했다.

영천시의회는 매년 수능일마다 관내 시험장을 방문해 지역 청소년들의 노력을 응원하며 따뜻한 격려의 손길을 이어오고 있다.

Yeongcheon City Council Supports College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) Test Takers… “May Your Efforts Bear Fruit”

On the morning of the 13th, the day of the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), the Yeongcheon City Council (Chairman Kim Seon-tae) visited Yeongdong High School and Seonhwa Girls' High School, two test sites within the city, to encourage test takers.

Chairman Kim Seon-tae, along with city council members and council secretariat staff, arrived at the test sites early in the morning, holding pickets and delivering messages of support and wishing the test takers success.

Chairman Kim Seon-tae offered words of encouragement, saying, “I sincerely hope that your hard work and dedication will bear fruit,” and adding, “The Yeongcheon City Council will continue to support your dreams.”

Yeongcheon City Council visits test sites within the city every CSAT day to support the efforts of local youth and offer warm encouragement.
