【브레이크뉴스 영천】이성현 기자=영천시의회는 제251회 임시회 기간인 지난 23일부터 24일까지 양일간 각 상임위원회별 회의를 열고 시민 생활과 직결된 주요 안건 심사를 마무리했다.

산업건설위원회(위원장 김상호)는 해당 기간 동안 조례안, 보고안, 의견청취의 건 등 총 13건의 안건을 심사했다. 위원회는 '영천시 산불방지 활동 지원에 관한 조례안'에 대해 산불 방지 대책 수립과 실태조사 조항을 신설하고, 관련 단체 지원 근거를 구체화하는 방향으로 수정 가결했다.

또한 '영천시 로컬푸드 육성 및 지원에 관한 조례안'은 직매장 사용허가 및 관리위탁 주체를 확대하고, 수탁자의 책임경영을 유도하기 위해 판매 수수료를 통한 운영비 부담을 명시하는 등 일부 내용을 보완해 수정 가결했다. 이와 함께 '영천시 영천마늘융복합센터 관리 및 운영 조례안'도 관리 주체 명확화와 위원 연임 제한 강화 등을 반영해 보다 투명한 운영 기반을 마련했다.

행정문화복지위원회(위원장 배수예) 역시 같은 기간 회의를 열고 총 8건의 안건을 심사했다. 위원회는 '영천시 지방공무원 정원 조례 일부개정조례안' 등 7건을 원안 가결했으며, '영천시 자립준비청년 등의 자립지원에 관한 조례안'은 보다 실효성 있는 지원체계 구축을 위해 일부 내용을 수정해 가결했다.

배수예 위원장은 “이번 임시회를 통해 행정 효율성을 높이고 취약계층 지원을 강화할 수 있는 제도적 기반을 마련했다”며 “앞으로도 시민의 목소리가 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 각 상임위원회에서 심사한 안건들은 오는 27일 제2차 본회의에 상정돼 최종 의결될 예정이다.
