【브레이크뉴스 대구 】박은정 기자=  대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 행정안전부가 주관하는 '2023년도 지역주도형 청년일자리사업'에 6개 사업이 선정됐다고 24일 밝혔다.

‘지역주도형 청년일자리 사업’은 지역 실정을 가장 잘 알고 있는 지자체가 청년일자리사업을 직접 설계하고 지역여건에 맞는 일자리를 발굴하여 지역경제와 청년이 함께 성장할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 행정안전부 공모사업이다.

기업은 청년 채용 시 인건비를 연간 최대 2,400만 원까지 지원받을 수 있고, 청년은 창업 시 임대료 등 간접비용을 최대 1,500만원까지 지원받을 수 있어 인기가 많은 사업이다.

달서구는 구비 6억 4천만 원을 포함한 17억 6천만 원을 투입해 미취업청년과 창업청년 100여명에게 일자리와 창업성장을 지원하게 된다.

특히 달서청년 디지털전환 혁신 일자리, 달서청년 창업성장 점프업 희망사업, 디지털청년으로 다시 뛰는 달서 주력산업, 달서청년 창업플러스업 지원사업, 내 인생의 JOB, 외식산업체 청년 맞춤형 취업지원사업 등 6개 사업의 양질의 일자리를 창출해 청년이 계속 살고 싶은 달서구를 만들기 위한 다각적인 시책을 추진할 계획이다. 

이태훈 달서구청장은 “이번 사업을 통해 달서구에 맞는 청년 일자리창출 사업을 적극 추진하여 청년이 체감할 수 있는 일자리 회복으로 연결되고, 청년과 함께 일하며 성장할 수 있는 달서구가 되도록 노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
