【브레이크뉴스 경북】박은정 기자=경산시 삼성현역사문화관이 문화체육관광부가 주관하는 '2022년 공립박물관 평가인증'에서 2회 연속 인증기관으로 선정됐다고 4일 밝혔다.
'박물관 및 미술관 진흥법'에 따라 2017년부터 시행된 공립박물관 평가인증제도는 공립박물관의 운영 내실화를 위해 등록 후 3년이 지난 공립박물관을 대상으로 3년마다 평가하고 있다.
이번 평가는 지난해 9월부터 서면 평가와 전문가 현장평가 등 2차 평가를 거쳐 최종결과를 발표했다.
평가 항목은 박물관 설립 목적의 달성도, 소장품 수집과 관리, 전시 및 교육프로그램 운영 실적, 학술연구 및 공적 책임 등 14개의 세부 평가 지표로 나누어져 있다.
전국 272개 공립박물관 중에서 139개 관이 선정되었고, 경상북도 내에서는 22개 신청 기관 중 삼성현역사문화관을 포함한 6곳이 인증받았다
삼성현문화박물관장은 "앞으로도 삼성현(三聖賢, 원효·설총·일연) 전문기관으로 수준 높은 문화서비스를 제공하고, 공공성을 두루 갖춘 문화시설로 역할을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Gyeongsan-si announced on the 4th that the Samseonghyeon History and Culture Center was selected as a certification institution for the second consecutive time in the '2022 Public Museum Evaluation and Certification' hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The public museum evaluation and certification system, which has been implemented since 2017 in accordance with the 'Museum and Art Museum Promotion Act', evaluates public museums that have been registered for three years every three years in order to improve the operation of public museums.
The final result was announced after the second round of evaluation, including written evaluation and on-site evaluation by experts, from September of last year.
The evaluation items are divided into 14 detailed evaluation indicators, such as achievement of the purpose of museum establishment, collection and management of collections, performance of exhibition and educational program operation, academic research and public responsibility.
Out of 272 public museums across the country, 139 were selected, and in Gyeongsangbuk-do, six of the 22 applicants, including the Samseonghyeon Museum of History and Culture, were certified.
The director of the Samseonghyeon Cultural Museum said, "We will continue to provide high-quality cultural services as an institution specializing in Samseonghyeon (三聖賢, Wonhyo, Seolchong, and Ilyeon) and fulfill our role as a cultural facility equipped with public interests."
