대구시는 오는 4일부터 5일까지 정월대보름 기간에 야외에서 불을 이용한 민속놀이, 무속행위 등으로 인한 산불 위험이 증가할 것으로 예상돼 산불방지 인력을 총동원한다.

대구시 산불방지 대책본부는 ‘정월대보름 산불방지 특별대책 기간’으로 정하고 비상근무 체제로 전환해 산불상황실 근무시간 연장 및 인력을 보강하고 산불예방 전문진화대, 감시원, 사회복무요원 등 300여 명의 산불방지인력을 총동원하여 주요 지점에 배치할 예정이다.

코로나 이후 4년 만에 달집태우기를 비롯한 민속행사가 북구 금호강 둔치 등 5곳에서 예정돼 있어 행사장 인근에 산불대비를 위한 인력 167명과 산불진화차 등 진화장비 10대를 배치한다.

또 팔공산 기생바위계곡·도학동 굿당 등 전통적인 미신 지역과 토굴·큰바위·당산목·계곡의 촛불기도 무속행위 지역 등 산불위험이 높은 곳 53개소에도 감시인력 153명을 집중 배치해 주·야간 순찰활동을 강화하고 야간에는 무속행위 지도·단속을 실시한다.

산불진화 임차헬기 3대를 동원해 공중 순찰 및 계도활동을 실시하고, 무인감시카메라(77대), 산불신고 단말기(206대)를 활용한 산불 조기 발견을 위한 신고체계를 확립함과 동시에 산불진화차량 및 개인 진화장비에 대한 점검을 마치는 등 신속한 진화 대응태세를 구축했다.

대구소방안전본부도 오는 3일부터 6일까지 전 소방관서 화재특별경계근무에 돌입한다. 

대구소방은 행사 개최 여부를 사전에 파악해 비교적 규모가 큰 8개 행사에 대해 위험요인을 제거하고, 산림인접지역 등 화재 우려 지역에 대한 순찰을 강화한다. 

또 달집태우기 행사장 주변에 소방력을 근접 배치하고, 소방관서장 지휘선상 근무, 전 소방관서 초기 대응태세 확립, 유관기관 협조체계 정비 등 총력 대응태세를 유지할 계획이다. 

도시관리본부 팔공산자연공원관리사무소와 앞산공원관리소는 산불조심 홍보 캠페인을 실시한다.

산림 내 촛불 기도 등 무속행위와 달집태우기 등 민속놀이가 있을 것으로 예상되는 만큼 산불방지대책본부 운영을 강화하고, 산불조심 홍보 캠페인을 실시해 산불 발생 대비 비상근무를 유지할 계획이다.

진화차·등짐펌프·무인감시카메라 등 산불 진화·감시 장비 관리에도 철저를 기하는 한편 산불 취약지 순찰을 실시하고 산림연집지 무단 소각행위 단속 등 산불이 발생되지 않도록 한다.

특히 팔공산 도학캠핑장 인근 도학굿당과 동화사 봉황문 우측 기생바위 인근, 앞산공원 안지랑골 주차장 옆 계곡 인근에서 정월대보름 무속행위가 많을 것으로 예상하고 적극 계도 할 계획이다.

정월대보름 전날인 4일 산불조심 홍보 캠페인을 실시해 산불예방 방법 및 산불 발견 시 신고 요령 등을 안내할 예정이다.
