【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 달성군(군수 최재훈)은 오는 5월 18일까지 달성군농업기술센터에서 도시농업아카데미를 추진한다고 밝혔다.
달성군농업기술센터가 주관하는 이번 교육은 도시민의 농촌에 대한 관심을 높이고 도농교류 활성화 촉진을 위해 추진하는 교육으로, 관내 희망자를 대상으로 신청을 받아 진행한다.
이번 교육은 천연염색, 생활원예, 슬로푸드 3개 과정으로 각 과정 당 20명씩 3회, 2기에 걸쳐 매주 화, 수, 목요일에 진행된다.
교육내용은 감, 쪽 등 천연염색 재료를 활용한 실크스카프, 인견 티셔츠 만들기, 식물 뿌리의 구조와 역할 이론 및 몬스테라 수경재배 실습, 우리 쌀을 이용한 약과 만들기 등으로 구성되어 있다.
농업기술센터 담당자는“도시농업에 대한 관심과 교육수요가 증가하고 있는 만큼 도시민의 수요를 반영한 다양한 교육프로그램을 추진하도록 노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
