이에 조직위는 무대 설치와 퍼레이드 등을 위해 2개 차로 모두 사용해야 한다며 집행 정지 신청을 냈다. 이르면 심문기일 당일 법원결정이 나올 것으로 전망된다.
대구퀴어문화축제 조직위는 "참가자들의 안전을 보장할 수 없는 집회 제한통고를 거부한다"며 "집회 제한 통고 집행정지 가처분을 신청하고 기각되더라도 계속해서 문제를 제기하고 저항할 것"이라는 입장을 전했다.
한편 동성로상점가 상인회, 다음세대지키기학부모연합, 대구퀴어반대대책본부 등이 무지개인권연대를 상대로 한 집회금지 가처분 신청 심문기일도 같은 날로 지정됐다.
